ENOTRIO

The ENOTRIO tomato is an early determinate hybrid characterized by compact growth with short internodes and good leaf cover, protecting fruits from sunburn. The plant is easy to cultivate and suitable for mechanized harvesting, as the fruits easily detach from the calyx, significantly facilitating combine harvesting.

ENOTRIO tomato fruits have oval or plum-shaped forms, a vibrant red color, and an average weight of 70-80 grams. They exhibit uniformity, density, and excellent storability, ensuring high transportability. The fruits have a sweet, aromatic flavor with high dry matter content (Brix 5.3-5.6%), making this hybrid particularly popular for juice, paste, canning production, as well as for fresh market sales.

The hybrid shows resistance to several diseases, including verticillium and fusarium wilt, cladosporiosis, and powdery mildew, enhancing yield reliability. The period from sowing to harvest is approximately 115-120 days, enabling the production of early, high-quality tomato crops, ideally suited for industrial processing and fresh consumption.
