The most common variety of table beet. Medium-late maturity (100-110 days). Forms round, well-shaped, uniform, attractive roots with smooth skin and small rosette of leaves. Has dark-red root color without radial rings. Inside also deep-red. Average root weight 250 g. Due to high uniformity and marketability, it yields high autumn harvests, proven in practice. Very resilient and adaptable. Universal use. Main purpose — long-term storage, processing, fresh market. Has high flavor quality, resistant to bolting.
