Promising, ultra-early maturing soybean variety of Ukrainian selection. Undergoing testing in Ukraine. Suitable for cultivation in European Union countries.
Bilyavka variety plants are of intermediate growth type, semi-compacted bush. Plant height 70-110 cm, lower pod formation at 14-16 cm.
Flower color, stem and pod pubescence white.
Seeds medium (1000 seeds weight 150-170 g), oval shape, light-yellow, hilum yellow with eye, suitable for use in food industry. Leaf oval-round shape, which reduces sunlight penetration onto soil surface. Particularly effective in organic farming.
Soybean variety Bilyavka is high-yielding (up to 3.5 t/ha), very early (growth period 95-100 days) in central Lithuania. Full maturity occurs at total heat accumulation of 1920 CHU and therefore it is a completely reliable predecessor for winter crops (including winter rape).
Plants of this variety are resistant to lodging, pod cracking and seed shattering (even in case of prolonged waterlogging), possess high field resistance to diseases and enhanced drought tolerance.
Plants of Bilyavka variety respond very well to irrigation and fertilization, suitable for cultivation on high agro-ecological zones.
Agr. glauca.
