Sweet corn variety Lasunia Odeska is a fast-maturing and high-yielding variety, reaching technical maturity 77-79 days after emergence and biological maturity 100-103 days. The plant is tall, 170-200 cm high, with cylindrical or conical ears 18-22 cm long and 4.1-4.4 cm in diameter. The ears have 12 rows of kernels, light yellow or yellow-amber in color, short and wide, with white cobs. The lower ear is attached to the stem at a height of 30-35 cm. The clean yield is 10-14 t/ha, with a 72-81% yield of marketable ears and 48-57% kernel yield.

The variety is characterized by high drought resistance and disease resistance, making it low-maintenance and reliable for cultivation. The taste quality of the corn is rated 4.3-5 points, confirming excellent flavor when boiled and canned. Due to its high total sugar content (4.4-4.8%) and practically no starch, the ears retain their marketable appearance for a long time, making them in demand for both fresh consumption and processing.

Lasunia Odeska is suitable for continuous cultivation throughout the summer, allowing stable yields throughout the season. This variety is ideal for fresh market use, as well as for home and industrial canning, thanks to its excellent taste and high yield.
