It belongs to the 00-type, meaning it lacks erucic acid and has low glucosinolate content, making its produce higher quality and more in demand. The medium-maturity hybrid is distinguished by high lodging resistance and good disease tolerance, ensuring crop stability even under complex agro-climatic conditions. Plant height reaches about 101 cm, and the mass of 1000 seeds is approximately 4.1 g.
The CONTRA KL hybrid is characterized by high yield and oil content, confirmed by variety trial results and practical application. Average yield in the Central region reaches 15.6 c/ha, and oil content in seeds is 45.5%.
