LONG WHITE KOSHIKAYA — this is a well-known variety of batun onion, distinguished by its hardiness and low requirements for soil conditions. It is cultivated in all soil-climate zones. Leaves are long, upright, and fiber-free even if overgrown, and store well at room and lower temperatures.

Sowing rate may reach up to 6 million plants per hectare, with stem thickness varying from 2 cm to 5 mm.
