Mode of action
The active ingredient has contact-feeding action with high initial toxicity. It acts on pests that come into direct contact with the product, as well as when they feed on plants treated with the insecticide. It disrupts the ion exchange processes of sodium and potassium in the presynaptic membrane, leading to excessive acetylcholine release during nerve impulse transmission through the synaptic chain. As a result, pests die from paralysis of the nervous system.
Application recommendations
Crop plants
The maximum efficacy of the product is observed during the active vegetation period of plants. If crop plants are under stress conditions (cool weather, frosts, drought, and increased temperature), the systemic effect of the insecticide on pests significantly decreases.
Weather conditions
The maximum efficacy of the product against pests is observed at average daily air temperatures of +15 ...+20°C. Elevated air temperatures (above +20°C) significantly reduce the efficacy of the product.
Presence of droplets of water on the surface of treated plants, as well as rain within 3 hours after application, can significantly reduce the efficacy of the product.
Application of the product
The product is applied via ground spraying with a minimum application rate of 200 L/ha of working solution. Complete and uniform coverage of treated plants with the working solution is mandatory.
Application of the product early in the morning or in the evening enhances its efficacy.
Maximum efficacy of treatments is observed when pest population reaches the economic threshold of damage.
Maximum time before people can resume mechanized work: 4 days, manual work: 10 days.
Preparation of working solution
To prepare the working solution, fill the sprayer tank with water to 1/3 of its volume, activate the mixing mode, and add the required amount of product. Fill the sprayer tank with water to full volume while the mixing mode is active. During application, the mixing mode must remain active to maintain a homogeneous working solution.
The product is used to control stored product pests in unoccupied storage facilities at a rate of 0.2 ml/m², on warehouse premises at a rate of 0.4 ml/m², and for seed treatment at a rate of 16 ml/ton.
