Systemic fungicide with preventive and protective action for protecting grape, stone fruit, vegetable and technical crops from pathogens of the most dangerous diseases — false powdery mildew, scab, phytophthora, downy mildew, etc.
Form of preparation and active ingredient:
Wettable powder containing aluminum phosphite, 800 g/kg.
Chemical class:
Phosphonates (derivatives of phosphonic acids).
Packaging:
Bags of 1.0 and 2.5 kg.
Protective action period:
Due to its high systemic activity, Efatol begins to suppress infection immediately after penetration into the plant and contact with the pathogen. Protective action period of 12 to 18 days (depending on weather conditions and plant type).
Mode of action:
The active ingredient of Efatol affects the biochemical processes of plant cells, stimulating natural defense reactions, creating a barrier to pathogen penetration, thereby enabling plants to develop immunity to the disease-causing agent. Inhibits spore germination and blocks mycelial growth. Efatol rapidly penetrates plant tissues and spreads acropetally and basipetally.
Properties and advantages:
Efatol — a unique systemic fungicide with broad-spectrum action, which instantly adsorbs and distributes throughout all plant tissues, thereby blocking infection development and protecting from within;
Suitable for many agricultural crops;
Penetrates the plant within 30 minutes after application;
Provides excellent control of fungal diseases under diverse climatic conditions;
Provides reliable protection over an extended period;
Does not induce resistance;
Does not cause phytotoxicity when applied according to the recommended dosage.
WHO classification, toxicological characteristics:
Class III (moderately toxic).
Shelf life and storage conditions for the preparation:
Three years in sealed factory packaging at temperatures from 0 ºC to +35 ºC.
