"Impact 25 SC" by the Danish company Cheminova is a highly specialized tool for controlling a wide range of fungal pathogens. The primary value of the product lies in its active ingredient, flutriafol (a triazole group compound), which distinguishes itself from analogues through its superior mobility within plant tissues.

Technical features and performance dynamics

The key differentiator of this formulation is flutriafol’s capacity for rapid translocation via the xylem. Unlike many other fungicides, Impact enters the plant within 6 hours of application. This is critical in cereal production, where the speed of halting the progression of rust or septoria directly determines final grain yield.

• Systemic activity: The active ingredient blocks ergosterol biosynthesis in pathogen cells, effectively arresting mycelial growth. Due to its high volatility, the product redistributes in the gas phase, protecting even those parts of the leaf not reached by the spray solution.
• Concentration: The suspension concentrate formulation (250 g/L) ensures optimal stability of the spray mix and prevents phytotoxicity, even at maximum application rates.

Application guidelines

The product is effective on cereals (wheat, rye, barley), sugar beets, and fruit crops (apples, grapes). The application rate is up to 0.5 L/ha. Maximum results are achieved with no more than two treatments per season. The pre-harvest interval is 30 days. Using "Impact 25 SC" is especially justified during periods of rapid vegetative growth when protecting new, unsprayed foliage is essential.
