FORSAJ — an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid cucumber with female flowering type, characterized by high yield and resistance to major diseases such as cucumber mosaic virus, powdery mildew, and downy mildew. The plant is indeterminate, ensuring a prolonged fruiting period. This variety is well-adapted to adverse weather conditions and suitable for cultivation in greenhouses and polytunnels.
FORSAJ fruits have a cylindrical shape, 10-12 cm long, weighing 110-130 grams. They are dark green with uniform coloration and medium stripes, covered with white hairs. The fruits do not over-ripen easily, maintaining an attractive appearance regardless of growing conditions and nutrition. Thanks to their high transportability, the fruits are ideal for fresh consumption, pickling, and canning.
