Maize RGT SUFFIXXE

The RGT SUFFIXXE corn hybrid is a medium-maturing simple hybrid registered in the State Register for the Central Chernozem region for grain production. The vegetation period is 114 days, ensuring optimal maturity in areas with sufficient and medium moisture levels. Plants are tall, with strong anthocyanic coloring of the first leaf sheath and medium leaf blade width. The ear has a weakly conical shape, medium length and diameter, and the kernel type is intermediate, closer to dent with yellow coloring. The average yield in the region reaches 70.5 c/ha, with maximum yields of up to 114.4 c/ha under favorable conditions. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to lodging and Fusarium of stalk and ear, enhancing its reliability under various agroclimatic conditions. It demonstrates adaptability to different soil types and climates, enabling successful cultivation in the Polissia and forest-steppe zones. The recommended plant density at harvest varies depending on moisture levels: from 45-55 thousand/ha under drought conditions to 70-75 thousand/ha in areas with sufficient moisture. The RGT SUFFIXXE hybrid is characterized by high drought tolerance and rapid water release, promoting quality maturation and reducing grain moisture to 22.8%. It is adapted to various planting dates — from early to late — and suitable for various soil tillage methods, including minimum and zero tillage. These features make it a universal choice for farmers aiming to achieve stable and high yields of grain corn under diverse growing conditions.
