Maize PAKITO

Field Performance of the Pakito Hybrid

When selecting seeds for grain production, European breeding from Mas Seeds is a benchmark for predictability. It is an excellent choice for those who value the consistency of a simple hybrid over complex, temperamental varieties. It is a workhorse designed specifically for high-quality grain harvesting.

Harvesting and Field Management

The standout feature of Pakito is its exceptional moisture release. In today’s market, where drying costs can eat into your profit margins, this trait is a game-changer. During the harvest, the uniformity of the crop allows for optimized header settings, significantly reducing field losses and downtime. It is a straightforward, reliable crop that performs exactly as expected.

Agrotechnical Considerations

Pakito does not require complicated farming techniques. While it rewards intensive management with higher yields, it remains remarkably resilient even under sub-optimal conditions. It maintains structural integrity throughout the season, showing strong stalk strength that prevents lodging even if the harvest is delayed. For the equipment operator, this means less stress and a cleaner harvest process.
