Corn Farmoritz is a high-yielding hybrid characterized by rapid early growth and high resistance to spring frosts. This crop adapts well to various growing conditions, including stressful environments, allowing it to compensate for adverse factors by forming longer ears at lower planting densities or under unfavorable conditions. Farmoritz exhibits a strong stay-green effect, enabling optimal grain maturity while maintaining the greenness and health of other plant parts.
The Farmoritz hybrid is highly resistant to stalk rust and has high tolerance to site selection, making it a versatile and reliable choice for various climatic zones. Thanks to these qualities and stable yields, corn Farmoritz ranks among the top-selling hybrids and is popular among agricultural producers.
The production and testing of Farmoritz corn hybrids are conducted by Farmsaat, which tests new varieties on experimental plots across various regions of Ukraine, including Poltava, Kirovohrad, and Ternopil regions. After successfully passing state trials, the hybrids are registered and become available on the market. Currently, Farmsaat’s portfolio includes 12 registered corn hybrids, as well as numerous parental lines for corn production in Ukraine.
