Maize CWSK 1871

French breeding for your table

Finding a balanced maize hybrid suitable for both the industrial fresh market and home cooking is no easy task. CVSC 1871 from the French expert Mas Seeds fills this niche, offering farmers a predictable result with a focus on gastronomic quality.

Why choose this specific hybrid?

• Versatility: Unlike many forage hybrids, CVSC 1871 is focused on human consumption. This makes it an ideal choice for farms supplying grocery stores and produce markets.
• Flavor Profile: The yellow-orange grain boasts excellent organoleptic properties, which is crucial for the fresh market and culinary segments.
• Consistent Maturation: The hybrid features a medium maturation period, allowing farmers to plan their harvest schedule without the risks associated with extended growing seasons.

The core strength of Mas Seeds lies in their strict genetic control. By choosing CVSC 1871, you get predictable germination and cob uniformity. This is not an experimental hybrid, but a workhorse for those who understand that grain appearance and taste are the primary drivers of market liquidity.

Who is this hybrid for?

If your business model relies on supplying maize to restaurants, retail chains, or for your own culinary product production, this hybrid will become the cornerstone of your assortment. It requires standard agronomic practices but delivers a consistent product that meets the expectations of the end consumer.
