Cabbage Fulmine

Colored cabbage Fulmine — an early-maturing hybrid of Italian selection, intended for cultivation in open ground and under temporary film coverings. The plant features a compact, upright form with a robust leaf canopy, providing good protection for heads against adverse weather conditions. Fulmine is suitable for cultivation in early spring and autumn periods, as well as in late summer-early autumn, making it a versatile choice for various climatic conditions.

The hybrid’s vegetation period ranges from 58 to 70 days after transplanting seedlings or direct sowing, enabling harvest within the shortest possible timeframe. The plant does not tolerate frost, so seedlings and transplants are recommended to be protected by temporary coverings. The heads are snow-white, dense, round in shape, with high uniformity and weight ranging from 1 to 1.5 kg. They lack cavities in the center, indicating high product quality.

Fulmine is ideal for fresh consumption and all types of processing, including freezing. Due to its dense structure and good self-covering ability, heads maintain their market appearance and flavor qualities. This hybrid is one of the best options for obtaining high-quality colored cabbage in early spring, ensuring a steady and high-quality yield.
