Medium-ripening variety, developed at the Southern Ural Research Institute of Fruit, Vegetable and Potato Cultivation from crossing the variety 'Smena' and form 13-24. Author: V.S. Ilyin. Under state variety testing since 2009.
Bush is tall, slightly spreading, medium density. Growing shoots are purple, hairless, shiny, medium thickness with drooping tips. Thorns only at the lower part of the shoots, single, positioned perpendicular to the shoot.
Leaf is five-lobed, with deep indentations, medium-sized, green, medium-shiny, leathery, slightly wrinkled, blade hairless, straight, leaf tips blunt, central lobe exceeds lateral ones. Angle between main veins of lateral lobes is straight, lateral lobes widely spaced. Basal lobes developed moderately. Leaf base is straight or wedge-shaped. Teeth are short and blunt.
Flowers are large, brightly colored with long sepals. Berries are medium to large (3.0-5.1 g), one-dimensional, round, dark-cherry colored, with thin skin. Seed count is medium. Flavor is sour-sweet, rating
Advantages of the variety: dessert flavor and attractive appearance of berries, high vitamin C content, thornless.
Disadvantages of the variety: moderate winter hardiness (freezes in harsh winters).
