Balsamic Sauce: Use in the Kitchen

Balsamic sauce will make any dish incredibly tasty and appetizing. The slightly sour-sweet flavor of the product harmonizes perfectly with meat, vegetable, and fish dishes. Serve Italian seasoning with pasta, seafood, cheese garnish, and desserts. The sauce, dark brown in color and thick in consistency, is used for food decoration. This universal seasoning will be a bright addition to grilled dishes. The product, made according to the original recipe, is aged in oak barrels for 12 years. The aging period for modern interpretations lasts from 3 years. To cook at home as in a restaurant, you need to order balsamic sauce, which will help you effortlessly enhance the appearance and taste of your food. The pearl of Italian, French, and Mediterranean cuisine has earned the status of World Heritage by UNESCO. The fact of global recognition — already a strong reason to find a use for this seasoning on your kitchen.

What to prepare with balsamic sauce

Start with a shrimp salad, which is equally suitable for a home festive dinner and entertaining guests. This filling dish can quite easily do without side dishes and additional garnishes. The recipe reflects Italian culinary traditions and delights with its balanced flavor. You will need the following ingredients:

  1. large shrimp – 200 g;
  2. rocket – 50 g;
  3. avocado – 1 pc;
  4. parmesan cheese – 60 g;
  5. ripe tomatoes – 100 g;
  6. olive oil – 2 tablespoons;
  7. balsamic sauce – 40 ml;
  8. fresh herbs.

Fry the shrimp in olive oil. Cut the avocado and tomatoes into large chunks. Lay down rocket on a plate as a base. The next layer – cooled shrimp, then tomatoes and avocado. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs, drizzle with balsamic sauce. Prepare turkey breast for serving. This visually appealing and tasty dish will be a centerpiece on your table. Ingredients:

  1. turkey breast – 700 g;
  2. olive oil – 6 tablespoons;
  3. balsamic sauce – 50 ml;
  4. apricot jam – 2 tablespoons;
  5. spices – to taste.

Make incisions in the turkey breast, season with salt and favorite spices. Mix in a bowl olive oil, jam and balsamic sauce, which can be affordably ordered on Maudau. Place turkey pieces in a bowl and marinate for 1 hour. Pour the contents of the bowl into a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes at 220°C. Before serving, garnish with balsamic sauce and fresh herbs.

Best desserts with balsamic sauce

The perfect dinner ending – dessert. To prepare a healthy and tasty treat, take fresh berries and drizzle with balsamic sauce. Want more sweetness – top with whipped cream and powdered sugar. Choose any berries according to taste – strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries. The second recipe requires more preparation time, but the effort is worth it. Whip soft ricotta cheese (1 cup) with honey (4 tablespoons), 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of 20% fat cream. Place the cream in the refrigerator. Brush peach slices with olive oil and grill until soft. Place peaches on a plate, add cream, drizzle with balsamic sauce, and sprinkle with toasted nuts.
