Medium-ripening variety, obtained at the Mountain Horticulture Department of the Siberian Institute of Horticulture named after M.A. Lisavenko from crossing the varieties Cantata and Yadrnaya. Authors: L.N. Zabelina, E.I. Nakvasina. Under state variety testing since 2004.
Medium-height, spreading, moderately dense bush. Growing shoots of medium thickness, straight or curved, light-green with a pink tip, short-hairy. Woody shoots of medium thickness, brown, hairy. Buds of medium size, single, apical — clustered, egg-shaped, pointed, light-purple, without hairs, pressed, slightly deflected at the base of the shoot.
Leaf three-lobed, medium size, green, matte, smooth, medium density, without hairs. Young leaves concave, old ones convex. Central lobe longer than lateral ones, angle between main veins of lateral lobes is straight and obtuse. Basal lobes poorly developed, their veins spread. Base of the leaf with a deep, slit-like notch. Teeth of medium length, blunt, curled, with white tips. Color of main veins light-green and dirty-pink. Leaf petioles of medium length and short, medium thickness, short-hairy, brownish, positioned at an acute angle (45°) to the shoot.
Flowers medium-sized, calyx lobes pink, corolla petals creamy, not closed, deflected. Inflorescences long (8-12 cm), medium thickness, medium density, green.
Berries very large (1.7-3.9 g), round, one-dimensional, black, weakly glossy, with waxy coating, average seed count, medium skin, elastic, dry detachment, sour-sweet taste, slightly bland. Calyx small, closed, pedicel medium length and thickness, green. Chemical composition: soluble dry substances — 11.9-12.2%, total sugars 6.7-6.8%, titratable acidity — 1.8-2.6%, ascorbic acid -72.0-92.4 mg/100 g.
Cold-hardy variety, self-fertile (40%), resistant to fungal diseases and bud mite, high-yielding (10.9 t/ha).
Advantages of the variety: high stable yield, high cold hardiness, resistance to bud mite, technological berry quality, good recovery ability of the bush,
Disadvantages of the variety: slightly bland berry taste, spreading bush, susceptible to blackberry gall aphid.
