Description Tatyanyin Day
Late-ripening variety, developed at the VNIIS named after I.V. Michurin by crossing the varieties Minay Shmyrev and Brodtorp. Authors: K.D. Sergeeva, T.S. Zvyagina. Included in the State Register of Varieties approved for use in the North Caucasus region in 2007.

Medium-height, medium-spreading bush. Woody stems are medium, straight and curved, with weak gloss, grayish color. Buds are medium-sized, elongated, pinkish, located on short stems, leaning, leaf scar shape is rounded-triangular.

Leaf five-lobed, large, dark green and green, dense, matte, wrinkled, blade is inclined downward, margin is curled downward. Lobes are pointed, central lobe is larger than lateral ones. Lateral lobes are well spaced, angle between their central veins is obtuse. Basal lobes are moderately developed. Leaf base is heart-shaped or straight. Teeth are medium, with clearly expressed white "tips", serrated and doubly serrated. Petiole is medium length, straight, with anthocyanic coloration on part of petiole, slightly hairy.

Flowers are medium, bell-shaped, sepals green-purple, free, curved in arch. Inflorescences are medium and long (4-7 cm), cylindrical, medium density, solitary, straight, axis is medium and thick, straight, with weak hairs.

Berries are large (1.2-1.4 g), round, black, shiny, with medium seed count, dry detachment, sour-sweet taste (4.2 points), universal use. Receptacle is round, medium, closed, peduncle is medium length, straight.

Chemical composition: soluble dry matter — 14.3%, total sugars — 9.3%, titratable acidity — 3.1%, ascorbic acid — 178.3 mg/100 g, P-active substances — 1557.0 mg/100 g, pectin substances — 1.1%.

Cold-resistant, drought-tolerant, early-bearing, self-fertile, affected by powdery mildew up to 1.0 point, spider mite up to 2.0 points, suitable for mechanized cultivation, high-yielding, average yield 10.0 t/ha (3 kg/plant).

Advantages of the variety: large berry size, high productivity, early bearing, drought tolerance.

Disadvantages of the variety: insufficient resistance to powdery mildew and spider mite.
