Eliza — early maturing red radish. Time from sowing to harvest 23-25 days. Roots are large, attractive red color, average weight 30-35 grams. Flesh is tender, white and juicy. Excellent taste and market qualities. Yield 40-45 tons per hectare. Distinguished from similar varieties by the fact that roots do not wilt after storage. Has genetic resistance to white rot and high vitamin C content.
