DK Extime

Rapeseed DK Extime is a mid-season hybrid selection of Dekalb, featuring high yield potential up to 60 c/ha and increased seed oil content. This hybrid exhibits high plasticity and stable yield across various climatic zones in Ukraine, making it a versatile choice for farmers. Thanks to its intensive branching and resistance to phomopsis and pod cracking, DK Extime ensures reliable yield retention even under stressful conditions.

The hybrid is characterized by high winter hardiness and adaptability to various soil tillage systems, including minimal tillage. It demonstrates high drought tolerance and rapid autumn development, enabling successful cultivation when sown at optimal times from August 20 to 30, as well as later from August 30 to September 10. The recommended seeding rate ranges from 350,000 to 500,000 seeds per hectare, depending on sowing dates and growing conditions.

Moreover, DK Extime exhibits enhanced resistance to seed shattering and lodging, which is particularly important for dense plantings and high nitrogen fertilizer application rates. These agronomic advantages make the hybrid technologically convenient and economically beneficial for cultivation, ensuring stable and high rapeseed yields.
