ALPAGU

Alpagu F1 — early hybrid of salad-type cucumber (slicer), intended for cultivation in spring and autumn. The plant is strong and compact, ensuring stable fruit setting and high yield. Fruit length is 15–17 cm, cylindrical shape, dark green with gloss, without light stripes. Fruits are large, uniformly shaped and sized throughout the entire vegetation period, do not deform upon overgrowth and retain an attractive appearance.

The hybrid demonstrates excellent adaptability to various growing conditions, especially excels in plastic greenhouses. Fruits have a dense structure, ensuring long storage life and high transportability, allowing to maintain quality during long-distance transportation. Number of fruits per node is 1-2, which facilitates even growth and ease of harvest.

Alpagu F1 has resistance to major cucumber diseases, including cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and powdery mildew (PM). These traits make the hybrid a reliable choice for professional farmers aiming to obtain a stable and high-quality yield under various climatic conditions.
