Late type carrot variety. Large, cylindrical root, tapering at the end. High carotene content. Combines good taste and storability. Flesh color is intense orange. Shape resembles chantenay but 5-6 cm longer. Length 20-22 cm, diameter 40-60 mm. Intended for fresh consumption and processing. Widely used in the culinary industry for preparing "Korean-style carrots" and other salads. One of the most productive, versatile, and plastic varieties. Grown practically throughout Ukraine. Resistant to cracking. Very high yielding variety (100 t/ha).
