Description Mospilan

Mospilan, r.p.

Powerful insecticide, representative of a new class of insecticides — neonicotinoids

Formulation: soluble powder

Active ingredient: acetamiprid (200 g/kg)

Manufacturer: "Nippon Soda Co., Ltd.", Japan

Systemic insecticide with contact-stomach action, effective against pests belonging to the families Lepidoptera, Hemiptera, Thysanoptera, Coleoptera, and Homoptera.

Mospilan belongs to the new class of insecticides — neonicotinoids.

Advantages of the product:

Due to its fundamentally new mode of action, pests do not develop resistance to the product;
Has a low application rate;
High biological activity at high temperatures;
Effect of treatment with Mospilan becomes noticeable within an hour after spraying;
Has an extended duration of action (up to 3 weeks) against adult insects, eggs, and larvae;
Low toxicity to warm-blooded animals, bees, and bumblebees (risk class — 3);
Compatible with many pesticides, except strongly alkaline ones.

Mode of action:

The product exhibits excellent systemic and translamellar effects on plants — Mospilan is absorbed by all parts of the plant and evenly distributed throughout it. This ensures that the effect is visible even on untreated parts of the plant;
Pests die upon direct contact with the product, as well as after consuming treated plant parts;
The insecticidal effect is manifested through damage to the insect's nervous system, leading to excessive excitation and paralysis;
Depending on the pest species, the product affects eggs, larvae, or adult insects.

Global experience of use:

The product is actively used in various countries worldwide to combat pests on crops such as wheat, barley, rapeseed, corn, sugar beet, cucumbers, tomatoes (both open and protected soil), onions, cabbage, peppers, citrus crops, flowers, apple, pear, tobacco, and others.
