Mode of action of the product:
Kanonir exhibits pronounced systemic and contact activity, penetrating plants through leaves, stems, and roots. The product actively affects the nervous system of pests, blocking postsynaptic nicotinic receptors. The insecticide Kanonir quickly suppresses signal transmission through the central nervous system of pests, causing them to initially lose mobility, cease feeding, and die within one day. Due to its fundamentally new mode of action, the product is effective against pest populations resistant to traditional insecticides. Kanonir acts on adult insects as well as on larvae of various ages.
The product provides protective efficacy for 20-25 days after application, allowing reduction in the number of insecticide treatments.
General recommendations for using the product:
The insecticide Kanonir is used for spraying plants during the vegetation period upon appearance of pests.
Optimal air temperature during application — from 12 to 25 °C.
Single application is permitted.
Pre-harvest interval — 20 days.
Preparation of the working solution of the product:
Water for preparing the working solution should be clean. A large amount of foreign matter, silt, or clay in the water may significantly affect the efficacy of the insecticide. When using hard water, it is recommended to use lower concentrations of the working solution and increased doses of the product.
The working solution is prepared immediately before insecticide application: measure the required amount of the product for one sprayer fill, fill the tank halfway with water, then turn on the mixer. Next, add the required amount of the product to the sprayer and, after 20-30 minutes, top up with water to the full volume.
Caution! The mixer must remain continuously running.
