Niger Seed LIPCHANIN

Nug «Lipchanin» is a high-efficiency oilseed crop developed at the Lipetsk Branch of VNIIIMK and actively used in agriculture for producing edible oil and mustard powder. The variety is characterized by resistance to various diseases and adaptability to a wide range of growing climate conditions, which ensures stable productivity across different areas.

The key characteristics of «Lipchanin» are high oil content and good yield. Laboratory tests have shown that treatment of seeds with hydrothermal nano-silica leads to a 21.7% increase in biomass and a 13.3% increase in seedling height, indicating the potential for improving agronomic properties through breeding work. These data confirm that the variety has a good response to modern sowing and growing technologies.

The variety is widely used in the production of edible oil, valued for its high content of beneficial fatty acids, as well as for the production of mustard powder used as a spice. Due to its resistance and high oil content, «Lipchanin» has become a preferred choice for farmers seeking maximum return from sown area with minimal expenditure on agrotechnology.

In the Lipetsk region, the nug «Lipchanin» has already proven its effectiveness and has become one of the symbols of agricultural progress in the region. Its application contributes to improving product quality and supports the sustainable development of local agribusiness.
