"Miladar Duo, SC" is the answer from the Cherkasy "Agrochemical Factory" to the main challenge of intensive maize production: simultaneous infestation of fields by annual grasses and a wide range of broad-leaved weed species. The product is built on a proven combination of nicosulfuron and mesotrione, which allows agronomists to replace complex tank mixtures with a single ready-to-use systemic solution.

Technological profile of the preparation

The herbicide's action is based on a selective approach. Nicosulfuron blocks cell division, halting weed growth immediately after the product penetrates the leaves, while mesotrione provides a powerful "stop-effect" for broad-leaved weeds, including those that have exceeded the 2-4 leaf stage. This combination makes it a "rescue" herbicide, applied during the vegetation period once the primary weed population has emerged.
