The efficiency of the herbicide «Dаккар-S» relies on a balanced combination of two active ingredients: 2,4-D and dicamba. This pairing creates a robust systemic solution designed for the control of a wide spectrum of broad-leaved weeds in cereal crops.

The mechanism of action is based on an auxin-mimicking effect. Once absorbed through the leaf surface, these components disrupt the plant's hormonal balance, triggering uncontrolled cell division. This leads to the characteristic twisting of stems, disruption of vascular tissues, and the eventual death of the root system. For growers, this ensures reliable control over difficult-to-manage weeds such as field thistle (Cirsium arvense), field bindweed, and common ragweed.

Technical Application Guidelines

• Formulation: As a water-soluble concentrate, it ensures rapid integration into the spray mixture, preventing nozzle clogging and ensuring consistent delivery.
• Selectivity: Being a selective herbicide, it effectively eliminates weeds without damaging winter or spring wheat and barley when applied according to the recommended 0.4–0.8 L/ha rate.
• Application Timing: This post-emergence (insurance) herbicide is best used on actively growing weeds to maximize the herbicidal impact.
• Operational Constraints: The product is rated as Hazard Class 3. It is designed for single-season application. Due to its systemic nature, a 45-day pre-harvest interval must be strictly observed.
