Description Caribu 50
Post-emergence broad-spectrum herbicide for controlling broadleaf weeds (charlock, groundsel, daisy, self-seeded rape, etc.) in sugar beet and fodder beet crops.

Base unit
0.6 kg.

• Caribu — post-emergence broad-spectrum herbicide for controlling broadleaf weeds (charlock, groundsel, daisy, self-seeded rape, etc.) in sugar beet and fodder beet crops.
• Within a few hours after application, weeds stop growing and cease competing with the crop for water and nutrients, although the first noticeable symptoms of chlorosis appear after 4-7 days, and complete death occurs within several weeks.
• Caribu is safe for beets at all growth stages. The herbicide's selectivity for crop plants is due to its rapid metabolism. Beet plants are able to quickly break down and deactivate this product, thus they are not affected by the product.
• Since Caribu exhibits high selectivity for beets, applications can be made from emergence of seedlings until row closure. The main factor determining the timing of application is the developmental stage of the weeds.
• Caribu is compatible with most herbicides recommended for use in sugar beet and table beet crops: Maximus Super, Lontrel, Utiq, Betamiton 700, Panthera, etc., as well as all insecticides and fungicides used in beet crops.
• Caribu has a very low application rate and is supplied in water-soluble packaging, which is easy to use.
• Caribu must be applied with the surfactant Trend 90 (200 ml/ha), which enhances the herbicide's effectiveness and leaf absorption.

Mode of action:
Caribu is mainly absorbed by the leaves of weeds and partially by the root system. Due to its soil activity, Caribu can suppress weed seedlings for 1-2 weeks, especially under moist conditions. Once inside the plant, Caribu is translocated to growth points and blocks cell division in sensitive plants.
