MECHANISM OF ACTION
ALPHA-STANDARD — a universal systemic fungicide with protective and curative effects. It is absorbed through roots and green leaves and translocated throughout the plant. It protects against infections both inside and on the surface of the plant. Its fungicidal action involves inhibiting the division processes of pathogenic cells.
PROPERTIES
ALPHA-STANDARD belongs to the most effective preparations against pathogens causing sugar beet diseases: cercosporosis and powdery mildew, characterized by rapid initial action and prolonged protective period;
the fungicide rapidly penetrates the plant and redistributes within it, preventing infection both internally and externally. The preparation is well-tolerated by plants regardless of crop development stage. It enhances plant vitality, exhibits prophylactic and preventive effects, suppressing diseases in early stages.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
ALPHA-STANDARD protects against diseases prophylactically or upon appearance of initial symptoms. To prevent resistance development, it is recommended to rotate with fungicides of different modes of action if multiple applications are required during one growing season. Do not allow the product or its working solution residues, as well as empty containers, to enter water bodies. Apply during the growing season upon appearance of disease symptoms. Apply evenly onto the leaf surface of plants using properly calibrated equipment.
