Belorussian 455 — medium-maturing, one of the best varieties for sauerkraut. It matures in 105-130 days after transplanting seedlings. Heads are round or round-oval in shape, weighing 4 kg and more, very dense with white, juicy flesh. Relatively resistant to cracking. Marketability — up to 98%. Can be stored for five months. Yield up to 80 tons per hectare.
