Komandor

When you are managing potatoes or an apple orchard, you don't have time for trial and error with weak products. "Komandor" by the British company Unisity Enterprises L.P. is a product that gets the job done after just one application. The key is its systemic action: the imidacloprid is absorbed into the plant tissue, protecting not just the existing foliage but also the new growth that appears after treatment.

Handling and field performance

• Potatoes: It takes care of the Colorado potato beetle efficiently.
• Orchards & Vineyards: Excellent for aphids, thrips, and leafhoppers, which helps keep the vines and trees healthy and productive.
• Cereals: On winter wheat, it keeps the sunn pest under control, which is vital for quality yields.

Practical takeaways

The effect is fast—pest activity drops within hours, and mortality is high by the next day. Overall, "Komandor" is a reliable professional tool. It reduces the need for frequent repeat spraying, which lowers labor costs and minimizes wear on the sprayer. It’s an investment that pays off through clean crops and consistent performance throughout the season.
