Maketa 50

Professional Control of Grass Weeds

When perennial grasses like couch grass threaten your yields, you need a solution that attacks the root, not just the surface.

Practical Field Performance

The active ingredient, Quizalofop-P-ethyl, is the core of this formulation. This is crucial for long-term field management.

• Selectivity: It is safe for broad-leaved crops like flax or rapeseed, focusing entirely on the target weeds.
• Application Timing: Apply this post-emergence when weeds are actively growing, which yields the best results.

Maintenance and Operational Tips

Working with "Maketa 50" requires attention to detail. Since it is a systemic herbicide, uniform coverage of the leaf surface is essential for optimal uptake. Safety is paramount; given the Hazard Class 2 rating, strict adherence to protective equipment (PPE) protocols during handling and mixing is non-negotiable.

For operators looking for a reliable, selective herbicide that won't stress the crop while clearing out aggressive grasses, this product is a staple in the shed. It offers a predictable outcome that helps maintain healthy, weed-free crops throughout the critical growing stages.
