Description Bioproferm, granular substance

Organic fertilizer BIOPROFERM has a loose, fine-grained structure with particle size 2-5 mm, dark or light brown color, bulk density of the product — 0.4-0.6 t/m3. According to its agrochemical properties, the fertilizer includes all macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium) and micronutrients (copper, zinc, magnesium, boron, molybdenum, manganese, iron, cobalt). Depending on the raw material, 1 ton of BIOPROFERM contains 35-50 kg of active ingredient, including nitrogen — 10-15 kg, phosphorus — 9-14 kg, potassium — 6-10 kg, calcium (CaO) — 10-30 kg. Therefore, in terms of active ingredient content, 1 ton of BIOPROFERM is equivalent to 3-5 tons of bedding manure.

The presence of calcium in BIOPROFERM composition helps reduce soil acidity.

According to its agrochemical characteristics, the fertilizer is a complex, moisture-retentive, thermal-insulating fertilizer, easily granulated, and improves the physical and agrochemical properties of soil.

Да, родом он из Украины. В состав входит торф, куриный помет, но это не все ингредиенты. И самое главное технология переработки. Насколько я знаю, весь состав (нужно знать пропорции) засыпается в закрытый бункер, к которому через канал снизу по определенному графику подается вентилятором воздух. Компост в это время может нагреваться до 80 градусов. Через дней 20 БиоПроФерм готов. Хочу сам его производить, мне бы технологию...
