Bomet 2х25

A Reliable Choice for Small-Scale Farming

The Bomet 2х two-furrow plow is a staple in the machinery fleets of small and medium-sized farms. While it may not feature the advanced complexity of modern reversible plows, the Bomet brand has built its reputation on the durability and predictable performance of this classic model. It is designed specifically for owners of low-to-medium horsepower tractors who need a tool that simply works without requiring constant mechanical intervention.

Key Advantages in the Field

The primary strength of the Bomet 2х lies in the geometry of its moldboards. Engineered to turn soil efficiently, it handles average-density ground with ease, ensuring a clean inversion of the soil layer—essential for burying weeds and crop residue. Unlike cheaper, lower-grade alternatives, the Bomet frame is constructed from robust steel, which prevents the deformation that often occurs when working in tough or slightly uneven terrain.

Why Choose Bomet 2х

• Ease of Maintenance: Consumables like shares and landsides are standardized and widely available. You won't find yourself waiting for weeks for a replacement part during the planting season.
• Tuning Versatility: The adjustment system allows for precise alignment with the tractor's track width, ensuring uniform plowing depth across the entire field.
• Weight-to-Performance Ratio: The design provides enough mass for proper penetration without placing excessive strain on the tractor's three-point hitch.

Considerations

It is important to manage expectations: this plow is designed for regular maintenance of agricultural land. On virgin soil, heavily rock-infested fields, or extremely hardened clay, where high-impact stresses are common, the unit lacks advanced heavy-duty stone protection (such as automatic auto-reset). However, for standard farming conditions, vegetable gardens, or preparing fields after cereal crops, the Bomet 2х offers exceptional reliability for the price. It represents a practical investment for those who value long-term utility over complex, high-maintenance technical solutions.
