Bomet 4х

Field experience: why Bomet 4х is a pragmatic choice

In farming, gear should be predictable, not just flashy. It is a straightforward, mounted implement that relies on solid mechanics rather than complex hydraulics. This simplicity is exactly what makes it reliable when you are facing tight weather windows for soil preparation.

Performance in the field

Setting up the Bomet 4х is intuitive. Adjusting the cutting width and the tilt angle of the bodies can be done quickly, even in the middle of a workday. It holds the furrow well and doesn't wander, provided the tractor is properly ballasted. Given the weight of the frame, you definitely want to ensure your tractor’s front end is balanced to maintain traction. When set up correctly, the fuel consumption remains efficient even on stubborn clay-heavy soils.

Maintenance and repair

Maintenance is a breeze. Access to pins and bushings is clear, and the overall design leaves little room for mysterious failures. Yes, the factory paint flakes off early, which is a classic quirk of Bomet equipment, but the structural steel holds up well against wear. The biggest advantage for any operator is the availability of parts: shares, moldboards, and landside plates are standard stock at almost any tractor dealership. You don’t need specialized tools or a certified mechanic to perform standard field repairs.

• Solid penetration performance in dry, hard soil.
• Excellent parts availability for minimal downtime.
• Simple, robust mechanics that endure harsh daily usage.

If you are looking for equipment that gets the job done without requiring a PhD in engineering to operate or maintain, the Bomet 4х is a solid, no-nonsense investment.
