БДТ 1.8

Engineering design of the БДТ 1.

The БДТ 1. trailed disc harrow is designed for primary tillage, focusing on mass distribution to ensure uniform penetration. The backbone of the implement is a high-strength steel frame engineered to withstand substantial torque and structural stress encountered in heavy soil conditions. The manufacturer has meticulously balanced the geometry of the disc gangs, ensuring consistent soil cutting across the entire working width without leaving uncultivated ridges.

Critical components and their performance

• Disc Sections: Utilizing wear-resistant spherical discs, the unit ensures high performance in residue incorporation. The optimized gang angle facilitates soil aeration and the creation of a fine-tilled seedbed, which is crucial for uniform crop emergence.
• Hydraulic Control: The hydraulic system provides smooth transition between transport and working modes, allowing the operator to adjust the working depth precisely according to field density and moisture levels.
• Bearing Assemblies: The bearing housings feature advanced sealing technology to prevent ingress of grit, debris, and moisture. This design choice significantly reduces downtime and increases the overall service life of the machine in harsh field conditions.

The БДТ 1. is a practical solution for modern farming operations looking for durability and efficiency. Its design ensures stability even at higher operational speeds, enabling producers to meet strict sowing schedules while maintaining soil structure integrity.
