Lemken Heliodor

The Lemken Heliodor is a Compact Disc Harrow equipped with two rows of serrated concave discs with a diameter of 510 mm (specification: 510 × 5 mm). The cutting angle to the soil surface is 10.5°, and the cutting angle to the direction of travel is 16.5°. The maximum working depth is 12 cm; the incorporation depth for liquid manure ranges from 5 to 12 cm.

The disc spacing within a row is 12.5 cm, and the beam spacing is 70 or 95 cm. Frame height is 54.5 cm, and the frame cross-section measures 120 × 120 mm. The levelling tine width is 150 mm. The pendulum suspension of disc sections is available from a working width of 5 m.

The Heliodor is available in mounted (up to 7 m), semi-mounted (4–7 m) and trailed (8–16 m) configurations. The maximum ballast load on the hitch is 400 kg in the rigid version and 500 kg in the folding version. As with other models in the series, the Heliodor covers a working width range of 2 m to 16 m and requires a tractor output of 50–640 hp (37–471 kW).
