The life cycle encompasses several stages: egg, two larval instars, and pupal stages (pro-nymph and nymph), with the pupation often occurring in the soil or protected crevices.
Under optimal greenhouse conditions, characterized by warm temperatures and high humidity, the insect can complete its development cycle in less than three weeks.
