Жнив-агро ЖСУ-910

Efficient Harvesting with Minimal Losses

The «Жнив-агро ЖСУ-» harvesting systems are designed to handle demanding field conditions, including uneven terrain and high crop density. For medium to large-scale farms, these units offer a practical balance between cost and field performance, focusing on effective soil contouring.

Key Features and Performance Factors

• Adaptive Cutter Bar: Unlike standard headers, the ЖСУ series uses kinematic solutions that allow the cutting bar to follow the ground micro-relief smoothly, which is essential for capturing low-growing or lodged crops.
• Drive Reliability: Equipped with high-durability planetary knife drives (Schumacher type), these headers significantly reduce vibration, ensuring longevity even at higher operating speeds.
• Consistent Feeding: The auger design with adjustable retractable fingers ensures a constant, even flow of material to the feeder house, preventing bottlenecks even in high-moisture conditions.

While the machine is robust, it requires disciplined maintenance, particularly for the knife drive system. It is designed for operators who value functional simplicity and maintenance accessibility over complex, over-engineered systems. Compared to premium imports, the main advantage of the Жнив-агро line is the ease of service and the availability of components, which is critical during the narrow harvesting window.

This equipment is best suited for farms that prioritize operational stability and want to avoid the high costs associated with international brand maintenance, without compromising on the quality of grain harvesting.
