Elibol MHS 8

Engineering Excellence in Residue Management

The Elibol MHS is a heavy-duty stalk chopper engineered for intensive agricultural operations. The core of the machine features a reinforced, dynamically balanced rotor. This technical choice is essential for high-speed shredding of maize, sunflower, and other tough crop residues, as it eliminates excessive vibration and prevents premature failure of bearing housing components.

Core Components and Operational Reliability

• Working Tools: The machine is equipped with hardened, wear-resistant blades designed to create a precise "scissor effect" upon contact with organic mass. The high kinetic energy generated by the rotor ensures a uniform fraction size, which significantly accelerates the mineralization process of crop residues in the soil profile.
• Drive System: Power transmission is managed through a multi-ribbed belt system. This configuration acts as a mechanical fuse, shielding the tractor’s PTO and gearbox from sudden torque spikes should rocks or debris enter the cutting chamber.
• Depth Control: Adjustable gauge wheels and skids allow for precise height calibration, ensuring the machine conforms to undulating terrain while preventing soil disturbance or excessive intake of dirt into the chopped biomass.

The operational efficiency of the Elibol MHS is rooted in its high throughput capacity, even in high-moisture conditions. The chassis features internal counter-knives that provide secondary shredding, effectively turning stubble into high-quality mulch. This design allows farmers to streamline field operations, resulting in lower fuel consumption and extended tractor maintenance intervals.
