Weidemann T5522

Engineering Architecture of the Weidemann T

The Weidemann T telehandler series represents a fusion of compact dimensions and high power density, which is essential for navigating the confined spaces of modern farms. Weidemann engineers prioritized a low center of gravity: the longitudinal engine placement optimizes weight distribution between the axles, ensuring stability even when operating with the boom fully extended.

Critical Components and Reliability

• Boom Kinematics: The patented lift geometry ensures parallel load movement, eliminating the need for manual carriage tilt adjustments. This streamlines load cycles and reduces unnecessary stress on the hydraulic system.
• Hydrostatic Drive: Smooth operation and high tractive force are achieved through a stepless transmission. The operator maintains full control over speed without shifting gears, a feature that proves invaluable during barn cleaning or stack handling.
• Serviceability: The engine compartment layout allows easy access to daily maintenance points, such as filters and radiators, via wide-opening panels. This ensures routine checks are performed promptly, significantly extending the machine's lifespan.

The practical advantage of the Weidemann T lies in its superior maneuverability. With all-wheel steering (4WS), the machine achieves a minimal turning radius, allowing for maximum efficiency in tight storage areas. High-precision joystick sensitivity and responsive hydraulic circuits empower the operator to handle tasks with extreme accuracy, preventing damage to fragile goods or facility infrastructure.
