Simsek makina TR-3002

Engineering insights into the Simsek Makina TR-

The TR series by Simsek Makina serves as a robust solution for post-harvest handling, designed specifically to balance high throughput with gentle product handling. The architecture focuses on minimizing mechanical stress while ensuring precise separation of materials.

Core Components and Technical Solutions

• Cleaning and Separation Mechanism: The TR model employs a multi-stage aspiration system that efficiently removes debris and dust. In field practice, this prevents moisture accumulation and reduces the risk of spoilage during storage.
• Drive System and Durability: The engineers prioritized transmission reliability by integrating wear-resistant belt drives. This configuration effectively dampens operational vibrations, protecting the frame from structural fatigue under heavy usage.
• Material Integrity: All primary contact points are manufactured from high-grade steel with an anti-corrosion finish. This prevents build-up and residue accumulation, maintaining consistent performance levels even when processing crops with higher moisture content.

The operational longevity of Simsek Makina equipment is reinforced by sealed bearing units that prevent dust ingress. Maintenance is straightforward, with logically placed lubrication points that minimize downtime during critical harvest periods. The design reflects a clear focus on ease of ownership and long-term mechanical stability.
