ПЛН 3-30

Reliable tillage solutions for modern farms

The PLN 3- plow is a foundational implement for soil preparation, widely recognized for its ability to perform consistent soil inversion and residue incorporation. Designed for tractors with a 1.4 traction class, this implement is the go-to choice for smaller and mid-sized farming operations that require a balance between simplicity, robustness, and performance.

Field operation scenarios

The PLN 3- excels in maneuverability, especially in smaller fields where larger, complex machinery would struggle. Farmers primarily deploy this unit for:

• Autumn tillage: Turning over the top layer of soil to conserve moisture and manage pests effectively.
• Residue management: Efficiently burying organic fertilizers and crop stalks to enrich soil health.
• Seedbed preparation: Creating an optimal structure for sowing without unnecessary compaction.

The design of the PLN 3- is straightforward, consisting of a reinforced frame and three standard plow bodies. This simplicity is a major advantage for practical farmers, as it ensures easy maintenance and field-side repairs without the need for specialized service centers.

Operational tips for efficiency

Achieving a clean cut and perfect inversion with the PLN 3- depends heavily on the maintenance of the plowshares. In tougher soil conditions, it is vital to ensure the angle of attack is correctly adjusted to maintain consistent depth and reduce fuel consumption. Frequent inspection of the frame bolts and linkage points is recommended to ensure the machine stands up to the rigors of seasonal workloads.
