"Grinfort Energy" by Grynfort LTD is a specialized solution for intensive cereal cultivation, merging the functions of a growth regulator and a systemic fungicide. This combination allows agronomists to address two critical crop management tasks in a single operation.

Growth Inhibition: The Role of Trinexapac-Ethyl

The primary purpose of the product is to prevent lodging in winter wheat and barley. The active ingredient, trinexapac-ethyl, blocks gibberellin synthesis, resulting in shorter internodes and thicker straw walls. This is vital under high nitrogen application or dense sowing conditions, where plants typically prioritize vegetative mass at the expense of stem strength.

Fungicidal Block: Two-Tiered Protection

The formulation includes propiconazole, a systemic triazole fungicide. Its presence changes the treatment dynamics: the product does not just stunt growth but simultaneously sanitizes the crop against common pathogens:

• Septoria;
• Rhynchosporium;
• Powdery mildew.

The suspension concentrate formulation ensures optimal adhesion to leaf surfaces, while rapid systemic uptake guarantees a protective effect even under challenging weather. Phenylpyrazoles serve as secondary modulators, ensuring more uniform distribution of active ingredients within the plant tissue.

Practical Efficiency

The preparation is applied via foliar spraying at a rate of 0.2–0.4 l/ha. Only one treatment (the maximum allowed) is required to achieve a comprehensive result.
