The Astra SZT 3.6A seeder is designed for row sowing of cereal and leguminous crops, both separately and simultaneously with sowing granular and non-granular grass seeds and applying granular mineral fertilizers.
The seeder, through disc coulters from the main hoppers, sows cereal and leguminous crop seeds, as well as medium-granular (esparto, oats, wheatgrass) and non-granular (clover, ryegrass, etc.) grass seeds.
Through naralnik coulters from the grass hoppers, small granular grass seeds (clover, timothy, alfalfa, rapeseed) are sown, and granular grass seeds are sown under the cover of cereal crops.
Three Astra SZT 3.6A seeders with coupling CGP 10.8 form a hydro-mechanized wide-row seeder aggregate (seeders are connected in a checkerboard pattern) for sowing cereal crops.
The coupling is hitched to tractors of 3 hp class using a trailer hitch. It is equipped with hydro-mechanized markers controlled from the tractor cab.
In transport position, the coupling width is 2.4 m, allowing movement on public roads.
The aggregate with coupling CGP 10.8 increases productivity by 1.5-2 times.
The cereal hopper is equipped with a grain agitator; the seed discharge nozzle has a blower. The technological window shutters are installed in the grain-fertilizer hopper partition.
The seeder is equipped with a device for setting the seeding rate of grass seeds. The seed discharge nozzle of the grass hopper is equipped with a blower.
Naralnik coulters for sowing grass seeds also serve as furrow openers.
