Varos

The Varos preparation is a fungicide in concentrate suspension. Its active ingredient is methyl thiophanate. The preparation is intended for protecting various crops from fungal diseases. It is used on apple trees, vineyards, cereal crops, and rapeseed. The dosage depends on the crop: for apple trees, 1.0–1.6 L/ha, three times; for vineyards, 1.0–1.5 L/ha, three times; for cereal crops, 1.2–1.5 L/ha, twice; for rapeseed, 1.2–1.5 L/ha, twice. For soybeans, the preparation is applied once at a dose of 1.2–1.5 L/ha.
