The efficacy of the fungicide Symmetra 325 SC is based on a dual-active ingredient profile: Azoxystrobin and Isopyrazam. This combination transforms plant health management in winter oilseed rape by targeting fungal metabolism at multiple points. Isopyrazam, an SDHI-class compound, inhibits the succinate dehydrogenase enzyme in the mitochondrial respiration chain, while Azoxystrobin (a strobilurin) prevents electron transfer. This synergy effectively stops spore germination and mycelial growth.
