When working in orchards or managing sugar beet fields, choosing the right fungicide is critical. "Rayok" from ZAT «Avgust-Bel» is a systemic and contact fungicide based on difenoconazole that acts fast to halt pathogen development.

Application and efficacy

The main advantage of "Rayok" is its systemic ability to penetrate plant tissues. Unlike strictly contact fungicides that wash away during the first rain, this emulsion concentrate is absorbed by leaves, providing 2-3 weeks of protection even under variable weather conditions.

• Apples and Pears: The primary target is apple scab and powdery mildew. I start applications at the 'green cone' stage and continue until fruit development.
• Beets: Against cercospora, "Rayok" works like heavy artillery. It is essential to time the first application as soon as the first spots appear to prevent rapid spread.

Practical tips for operators

Application rates range from 0.1 to 0.5 L/ha depending on the crop and severity of the disease. Important: do not exceed 4 treatments per season to prevent fungal resistance. The pre-harvest interval is 20 days, ensuring the final produce is safe for consumption.

Classified as a hazard class 3 product, standard personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles) is mandatory. The emulsion concentrate is highly compatible in tank mixes, does not clog sprayer nozzles, and is easy to handle, which is essential when covering large acreages efficiently.
