Propamocarb hydrochloride effectively blocks the biosynthesis of phospholipids and fatty acids in fungal cell membranes, inhibiting mycelial growth. Fosetyl-aluminum acts systemically, moving both acropetally and basipetally. It triggers the plant's natural defense mechanisms by stimulating phytoalexin production, effectively making the crop resistant to spore invasion.
